Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information
Custodians correct indexes, replace portals, revise fees, and expand digital coverage. Library holdings also move. We update the reference when practical, but cannot guarantee that a detail is current. Verify any record or procedure with its official custodian.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. We point to record sources and explain how resident rolls and directories generally work in Sunny Isles Beach; a website is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public rolls exist for transparency, not for harm. Do not use anything found through this site to stalk, harass, intimidate, or hurt any person. Misusing personal information can violate Florida criminal law and federal law, and it violates our Terms of Use.
Outside Search Providers
Third parties power search boxes appearing on some pages. We do not control their results, charges, or treatment of submitted data. Those results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
Government Records Stay With Custodians
No government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record is hosted here. The official office, library, or portal must handle all requests to obtain, verify, certify, or correct a record.
