Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we use the contents of that message only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps maintain the service and identify useful pages. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or similar tools.
How Data Is Used
Technical data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic counts, and editorial improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, Fla. Stat. §§501.701-501.719, applies to covered controllers and provides qualifying consumer rights. Other laws may also give a visitor access, correction, or deletion rights. Because we retain very little, a request normally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Government records held under Fla. Const. art. I, §24 and Fla. Stat. ch. 119 remain under the control of their public custodian, not us.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
